I think the toughest decision of my life was to prepare for JKCET, after I got 85% marks in 12th class. I was in a dilemma at that time whether to go for graduation or prepare for JKCET. It was my parents' choice to study for MBBS and become a doctor. But I was not at all motivated to prepare for MBBS, but I had to. Also for this, I had to leave my hometown, my parents, and friends. I think that was the toughest part.

Me being a girl (for society) it was very tough to step out not just from my city but from my state to join VIT university, nearly 1000 KM away from my city, and that to pursue my passion, mechanical engineering. Everyone around me told not to join this stream, as its not girl's stream. Somewhere, I was also convinced but then I decided to listen to my heart and right now I feel proud about it.

One of the toughest decision I've ever made is when I decided to leave my children and worked far from home. First to second week, I am always crying because I missed them. And as days passed, we overcome that situation. I know my kids will understand me. As a single parent, I realize that sometimes we have to decide for our children no matter how hard it is because that's for the better.

After completion of my brother's 10th standard, I was in a position to decide wether he had to go to hostel or not. Even my mother was not in India at that time. I can't live without him but at the same time I can't ruin his career just because I want him with me at my home. But I finally took a decision to send him to hostel. Because he can concentrate well without any distractions.

Sir, I think making a decision is not tough, tough is to move with the decision. I had made the toughest decision in my life that when I got selected in JEE mains and I got NIT Silchar college. My father told me that this college is around 3000 km far from this place, and ask are you ready to go there then after a long discussion I made a decision to come in NIT Silchar.

I choose a career in B-Tech, even though it was challenging for me as I came from a Hindi medium background and it was mostly in English. However, I was interested in facing new challenges, so I accepted it and completed it successfully.
The most important thing is that once you make a decision, you have to be responsible and stick to it, and prove that it was worth it.

When I had 5 backlogs out of 6 subjects in the first semester, It was the most embarrassing moment for me ever. I wanted to quit B-Tech and felt regret. But I thought that anyone can handle normal stress but the person who handle the toughest situation then It will be an achievement. Then I motivated by myself and now I'm in final year of B. Tech with no active backlog.

The toughest decision of my life is to select a stream in 11th standard. My parents wants me to be a doctor and the fact that they were willing to even send me for coaching and all, they insisted a lot. Considering the fact that, I was not sure of what I wanted to be, I finally decided to opt for Commerce, that was a tough decision for me given the circumstances then.
