To do those things that I never thought to do. I even never thought about that I can do any simple very simple job, and that's all without any reference and that is in my hometown. Yeah! Really. But from 2014 I did one by one 5 jobs, and now I am typing this because now I understood that the toughest part for me is TO STAY ON THAT JOB. That I'm still trying!

I had faced a challenge in my office where my colleagues had said me not to work on "mobile number portability" because we can't achieve monthly target in this process but whereas a fresher I took a challenge and I beat my seniors to achieve my monthly target and I were awarded for that achievement. By facing challenges we can create an experience.

My biggest toughest challenge was in my life, that I was not able to speak & talk in front of anyone in english, due to lack of knowledge I did not have confident but I make it as my aim and challenge, result today I have learnt lots of thing and it is going continue. I learn as well that challenge and problem make us to perform stronger.

Tough & easy is depends on our mindset. So when we think about challege is tough that time we face the toughest situation. During that time we think positively that time will never come the toughest challenge. So, I don't face the toughest challenge. Hear after also I will not face the toughest challenge. There are many challenges (I don't know if it's tough or not) I've faced and many failures I've tasted. I can't describe everything here. The one quote that pushes me is that failure is not the worst part, not yet tried is. I don't know English better to write something I've felt here, but I know one thing, well, I've tried.

When I had to leave a friend house in the middle of the night and had no money or nowhere to sleep and still keep myself strong and positive until one of my aunts allowed me to stay at her place and she didn't even talk to my family. "Everything can be possible if we just keep ourselves positive in any situation".

I always turn it into a positive. Normally saying I used to be very afraid of public speaking that by forming the debating society and regularly speaking in front of large groups of people, as well as meeting new people on a regular basis, I was able to overcome this fear and I am now much more confident.
