Politics being played against me at office despite working with full dedication was the toughest challenge I faced in my previous company. I like to work with all people by maintaining a proper rapport and support and help as and when needed and do hard work and achieve or gain. But if there is cheap politics being played despite all the hard work it really becomes a big challenge as I have never been in it.

I believe challenges make us better. Once a time in my work, I faced a situation where I had to dispatch high volume of product orders on time in the absence of other staff members but there are manpower shortages and loading machinery breakdown at the time of loading. At that time, I learnt how to faced that situation and overcome it with abilities and a positive attitude towards my responsibilities.

My biggest toughest challenge was in my life is that I was not able to speak & talk in front of anyone in English, due to lack of confidence when I started to talk someone I get started shivering but I made it as my challenge, result today I have learnt lots of things and it is going continue and because of this challenge and problem I came out as best a performer in my previous organization.

The toughest challenge is working with patients under work pressure. Previously I was working in Chennai, in 2015 due to flood I was relocated to Bangalore for business continuity plan. At that time we had a lot of work like only 7 persons worked for the entire team and finally, we received appreciation and token of love from the client. 0
That was a really toughest challenge in my life.

One of the toughest challenge is I face and continue to face is living up to the expectations I set for myself. I put high goals infront of me and sometimes when things don't work out the way I want them to, it is tough to go forward. But I have never given up always have found a way to get the desired result. After I achieve one then I set another so it is a never-ending battle.

For me, toughest challenge was when I joined my new college for further studies and every one use to say that why I left my previous college as that was among the top university. Than I use to think that I have taken wrong decision in my life but than I started reading books and realized that it is our inner ability that makes an individual strong or weak and more talented.

The toughest time of my life was when I had to leave my home after class 10 for higher study. I was living in a rented room. It was very difficult time for me. I cried daily for a month. Then I realised that crying is never going to help me with this situation, the only thing which can help me is accepting what it is as there was no alternative and focus on Why am I here.

For me, the toughest challenge was when I faced my first interview. At that time I have fear of the name of interview and a bit nervousness while giving interview. But with my sincere efforts I make them look easy. After sometime I realized that tough and easy is depend on our mindset. During that time I think positively that time will never come the toughest challenge.

The toughest challenge is convincing these people here that my answer is a good one so that I get some points. You can't convince people who are keen in pointing out mistakes alone. And a word of advice to such people, don't beg to these companies for a job. Just claim it with dignity. Don't forget they need you for a lot of reasons. But you need them just for "$".

My previous gave me a responsibility to take care of 50% of my TL's work. I had to complete my executive work with in time frame and need to continue what additional responsibility I had on that day. At that time I felt its tough to complete Tl's work as an executive. But I took it as a challenge and completed as per by TL's requirement. Finally, I promoted as TL.
