The toughest challenge is convincing these people here that my answer is a good one so that I get some points. You can't convince people who are keen in pointing out mistakes alone. And a word of advice to such people, don't beg to these companies for a job. Just claim it with dignity. Don't forget they need you for a lot of reasons. But you need them just for "$".

During my tenure in my previous company, our production expectations went on to reach new levels due to excellent past performance and more customer input of raw production, so handling double the production capacity with existing machinery proved to be the toughest challenges I ever faced.

The toughest challenge that I have ever faced was cleaning 16 rooms in 8 hours working as a room attendant in a 5-star hotel. This sure teaches you not to give up in life but face it in order to become a strong person.

Well, I would say that my toughest challenge was since I was appearing for the interview of the office manager's post. And that was my first interview. And, that time I had no idea that what they gonna ask. But somehow I managed and gave my best. The whole time I was confident. And confidently I was giving an answer. It doesn't matter what I was saying. I just said what comes in mind. And at last, I got selected.
