What was the toughest challenge you have ever faced?

I believe challenges make us better. Once a time in my work, I faced a situation where I had to dispatch high volume of product orders on time in the absence of other staff members but there are manpower shortages and loading machinery breakdown at the time of loading. At that time, I learnt how to faced that situation and overcome it with abilities and a positive attitude towards my responsibilities.

I never face any kind of tough challenges in my life, yes I do faced many challenge which I overcome with abilities and positive attitude towards life, but I never find them difficult when I couldn't able to overcome. Challenge are the part of life, it depends on the person how we deal with it.

After realized by myself we have to learn whatever the situation, after that I focused on doing job.

My toughest challenge was in 1st year of BE. I had to give a seminar in front of 5 to 6 hundred people in college annual function. Starting I was little bit of nervous but later on I finished it on a high note.

My toughest challenge is I know to answer everything which was asked by someone but I get panic to talk with them this is my toughest challenge am facing.

When you face the challenges in life that challenge glorifies your carrier & give the opportunity to go ahead in your life, because challenges make you better.

Now, coming to the point, for me the toughest challenge in my work is when manpower gets fluctuated & there is the absenteeism of manpower, due to this time is being got hard to work in this situation & the second one, In my earlier company I was looking production in my previous company.

But at present time I am working as an improvement engineer, there is many ups & downs in my carrier, so this condition is very toughest & challenging for me.

My toughest challenge is to give a seminar in front of the whole class, and I took it as a challenge. Just have trust and confidence in myself, and go with the flow.

My toughest challenge was my first field work has a geologist climbing a very high mountain, I never could imagine I could do that, but am glad I did. And I learnt a very big lesson (never look down on yourself, if you believe it you can achieve it).

When my work or task depends on other team or person and some times I don't receive any response from then as per expectation then it is the toughest challenge.
