Honestly saying sir my father is my only motivationI saw him work hard for uswhen I was pursuing my graduation I dint listen to him, his valuable words, advicesnow I understand how valuable his words are. I am self motivated and I always let platform for my parents, relatives and friends to motivate me. I always listen to their advises rather I would take up those advises as vital informations which motivates me.

Actually, I realized that standing alone doesn't mean I'm alone. It means I'm strong enough to do anything by myself as I can. This quoates motivate me. Not paricularly job. It matches to all thing.
