Once I do a good job. The staffs of the company, head etc appreciate me for my work. Definitely, it will motivate me to do good job, Also salary. It is an important factor.

The only motivator was my father because he had worked so hard since his childhood, and he had got a lot of debt for my studies. So this makes me motivate to work a lot so everyday can motivated for me.

What motivates me to do a good job is that good job leads to great results. And when I see that people are improving their levels thanks to my hard working. It's just an amazing feeling.
