I've always motivated by myself towards my work to get it done under the deadlines with 100% accuracy Because I always focused on my job and complete the work more with step by step by setting up small deadlines for each assignment.

Challenges also motivate me to learn something new to fix the problems under pressure to perform as an all rounder team player.
