I remember at my previous job, one of my coworkers would frequently slack off on the job. All the work would be done, but often others would have to work harder to compensate. It really helped alleviate my frustration by more actively communicating with him. We were able to work together to solve the issue.

Discussing any topic, some people agreed with me and supported me. But during the conversation to whom related with the topic, those people who had supported me in discussion time, they blamed me in front of the topic related person. That's why I get angry for supporting me during discussion.

I doesn't get anger effectively yet a few times got frustrated when things aren't in my grasp and still got blammed for something I didn't do.

I do always think that getting angry is never a right option, but when I do have that feeling it'll mostly depend on that particular moment when others speak before listening.
