Sir, frankly speaking, its hypocrisy. I always believe that a person should stand by this words and stance under any circumstance. It is very difficult to deal with hypocrites as they make simple situations complicated due to their unclear stand.

Sir, I always complete my task given to me on time. If I find someone in my group when given a group task not showing any interest to complete the task on time I will get angry at that person. I will try to understand the person's problem by having a conversation and later decide whether to calm down my anger or not.
