Well, anger is a secondary emotion, and there is a frustration-anger hypothesis which says; "When someone is not able to achieve their goals and they are being blocked in some way, is what usually causes the anger". So, I would look at what my goals are, and try to see if there is another way of working that I could achieve my goals without them being stopped or derailed.

Really non committed team members make me angry, since I find it difficult to work with them. I love it when the synergy is positive.

I usually can't control my anger and with that, if anyone broke my trust, betrays me or lies to me I use to get angry.

Well. I get angry if someone is assaulting me, accusing me about something or lying about something that makes me angry.

But I don't usually express it in an aggressive way, unlike others. It only depends on what place I'm in it.

Anger to me is a loss of control. I do not lose control. When I get stressed, I step back, take a deep breath, thoughtfully think through the situation and then begin to formulate a plan of action.

There's only one person who can make me angry,

And that's me.

If I fail to do what I planned, before time, I get angry and self-impose stricter rules to keep me on track.

Other people's attitude mostly don't affect me. Unless in extreme cases if they are important to my life.
