When I fail in anything be it personal or professional due to my own mistakes, I get angry but I never lose my temper. I instead use that anger in a positive way to improve myself.

I usually don't show my anger but I make them feel that I am angry.
If someone gives false opinion on me or someone talks bad behind me it makes me angry.
But it is not good for us to show the anger at them instead we can improve as an individual and try to avoid them if possible.

I never show my anger to anyone. Nobody is perfect everyone has a fault so instead of arguing remain silent is the betterway to solve the problem.
