Sir, frankly speaking, its hypocrisy. I always believe that a person should stand by this words and stance under any circumstance. It is very difficult to deal with hypocrites as they make simple situations complicated due to their unclear stand.

Sir/Mam usually I won't get angry with anyone, because mistake is a common problem for human being, But sometimes I do when they underestimate my capacity, so I show my anger by reaching my target in works not in my words.
