I always try to be cool enough during my work hours. I don't want my emotions control me. So, I feel my anger can be easily controlled in any situation whatever the pressure situation may be. It is very important to have a strong grip on our emotions and feelings. And I believe in it.

Anger is a term naturally associated with everybody I guess. I am not known to get angry normally but there are instances when I did become angry, particularly in case of working in teams if I find that fellow members are taking full credit for a work in which they didn't contribute.

The one thing that makes me angry is lying. I find it very hard to work with someone who lies because there is an immediate loss of trust, which infuriates me. I understand diplomacy and sugarcoating at the workplace, but lying leads to misinformed decision-making and poor execution.

Whenever something makes me angry, I take that moment very positively because when we are working in such an organization usually decisions taken in anger are mostly futile. So I think, rather of getting anger and spoiling yourself, one should be silent in during anger at workplace.

I usually don't show my anger but I make them feel that I am angry.

If someone gives false opinion on me or someone talks bad behind me it makes me angry.

But it is not good for us to show the anger at them instead we can improve as an individual and try to avoid them if possible.

According to my nature, I'm neither like very angry person not tempered. Usually, I have very patience but one situation is like I'm right there and someone is not accepting and not trusting on me and they don't give me an opportunity to do any work which I can do better than them.

Nothing can make me angry as I am skilled in the training of emotional intelligence as cabin crew career. I deal every situation with soft-spoken but firm words. And I put each and every sentence professionally. I don't let the person cross the line to angry me as simple as that.

There's only one person who can make me angry,

And that's me.

If I fail to do what I planned, before time, I get angry and self-impose stricter rules to keep me on track.

Other people's attitude mostly don't affect me. Unless in extreme cases if they are important to my life.

The very deviation from the expected results makes me angry. And I believe there is nothing wrong in anger as an emotion. It is a reflex. However, I possess the capability to vent out anger in a positive form by focusing its concentration on the output rather than circumstances.

Not being able to finish a specific task makes me angry. When I'm fixated on some task, I obsessively try to finish it.

Another thing that makes me angry is being treated with a lack of respect. I believe every employee should be treated with respect. Self-respect is paramount.
