We have 2 types of Angry ie good and bad. A mother's angry is always good because that makes us a good person in the society. The bad one is coming from ourself or from other person. When the person playing with emotions and appearance to someone that makes me angry.

I rarely get angry, but I do feel frustrated when people don’t communicate well or keep their promises. I believe clear communication and dependable behaviour are important for any team.
If I feel upset I take a moment to think it over and then try to talk about it calmly. This helps me stay focused on solving the problem without letting frustration take over.
