Hello,

According to my nature, I am neither like very angry girl nor tempered. Usually, I have very patience. But if someone irritates me again and again or someone is trying to ignore me, then I will be get angry. One situation is like I am right there and someone is not accepting, because he just want to argue with me, then it will also make me angry.

Thanks.

I rarely get angry, but I do feel frustrated when people don’t communicate well or keep their promises. I believe clear communication and dependable behaviour are important for any team.

If I feel upset I take a moment to think it over and then try to talk about it calmly. This helps me stay focused on solving the problem without letting frustration take over.

It is human nature or emotion you can say. It can come out at any point any situation you do not prevent it from happening. Eg. You are returning home as usual from office got tired, walking on road suddenly got call from a old school friend which will surprised you and in the next moment someone spit tabaco right in front of you then what will be in your mind.

Honestly, I don't like to let my emotion goes out. Which means I control my own emotions. For example, whenever I am angry or sad I don't like people to found it out. It just feels weak. Because in my opinion, the strong person don't depend on their muscle. Instead, its how they control their own anger. Which there is no one in the world can control it.

Getting angry is human nature and controlling them is a key to success. For me when someone tells rumours about me or backstabbing me will actually make me angry.

I will not show it to anyone but I will just ignore it. Because showing angry to the person or simply yelling will not make a change in that person. It should naturally come from them.

I usually don't get angry. Because, what is anger?

It is an emotion you will get when you think you are right and the opposite person is wrong. I don't believe in right and wrong. Because they are relative and changes person to person. What looks right to you might look wrong to me. And what looks wrong to you might look right to me.

Honestly, being a "SHORT-TEMPERED" I get angry in situations where someone unnecessarily blames someone, pours down their anger on others, hurts someone who is innocent and cannot take a stand for others, especially those who want to work hard, but parents or elders, rather than motivating them, pressure more on kids or teens. .

We know the value of time then also, sometimes we waste time and energy doing some unnecessary work that's make me anger. If I do mistake then I will correct it soon and I know my strengths and I have a confidence so I never listen to negative speakers I just avoid them. I would like to be smart and cool person in the society.

Angerness is also comes in human nature. So the only reason why I am getting hyper so easily is that not doing the work in proper manner or discipline it makes me weaker but also provides some strengths to handle things in difficult situation. But at last I will make sure you that it will not harm organisation in any manner.

Sir, I always complete my task given to me on time. If I find someone in my group when given a group task not showing any interest to complete the task on time I will get angry at that person. I will try to understand the person's problem by having a conversation and later decide whether to calm down my anger or not.
