Hard work is doing the work fully potential.

Smart work is doing quality job easily and with less potential.

Smart work works both smartly and hardly it means doing work smartly using ideas, mind and with strength leads to do things perfectly as well as it is less time consuming.

Whereas hard work lots of strength is required, stress is also applied, lots of energy is wasted and time consuming.

The experienced man doing work with smart work for company because he\she know how to manage the time but in the case of freshers they have not any experince the doing hard work for company.

According to me, hard work to do with power, energy but smart work to do with enjoy. Hard work is a straight way to success. And smart work more way to success. Hard work to do taken more time for completing work and smart work to do less time for completing work.

Smart work means my boss want me some thing from me, must be I know already about this what he want from me. And Hard work is I will do it immedatly for my boss as per his requirements.
