That’s a well-rounded perspective! Hard work does build a strong foundation of experience and satisfaction, while soft work enhances efficiency and mental agility. Combining both approaches can be a powerful strategy for achieving success.

Hard work means putting in consistent effort, time and dedication to complete a task. It focuses on working diligently, even if the process takes longer.

Smart work means using the right strategy, tools, and techniques to complete the same task more efficiently, saving time and resources.

Hard Work means when you don't have knowledge about that particular product that time you need to require physical efforts to solve the issue. Smart work is that when you know to solve the issue by using both but that time you are using your brain to solve the issue.
