The idea that you should work smarter, not only harder isn't anything new. When talking about the difference between smart and hard work it's pretty simple to explain what working hard means. If you want to be successful in the long run, you have to put long hours into work.

I feel that hard workers every time do work hard with the help of physical like labour is also doing but they not use their mind.
When we talking about smart workers so they use innovative ideas and previous methods they always handle their problems with the help of mind first then physical.

Yeah, with no doubt hard work pays in long term but we are practically not here to put all of our resources in doing that bull work rather with intelligence so called in a smart way we can utilise the same resources to complete the same degree of work that is called smart work.

In my view, we can find the other ways too when you are doing hard work to finish the given job. But when you finish the job by your smartness you can't find the struggle you have to go through while doing that job and the other possible ways too. So the hard work only gives you some extraordinary experiences that you really need for upgrading your skills. Thank you.

The result for both the work is the same but the working in both cases is different. As;
HARD WORK- Working hard self to give the result in a given time.
SMART WORK- Get the work being getting done by someone else or by much less effort by first going through all the possible ways.

Hard worker works without thought of the process and smart worker work with set up a thought of process their after doing work. A hard worker doing work without calculation or direction and smart worker doing work with calculation or direction. Hard work is time-consuming and smart worker less time-consuming.

Hard work and Smart work both are work type which is unique in nature the place you have to work hard you should the place you should work smart you should be one should know where you should walk where you should run where you should catch a vehicle. Military training smart work but war is hard work. A little bit of experience and situation differently.
