Hard work and smart work both gives the same result, the only difference is that smart work saves energy, resources and times, which we can utilize to do other works in same times.

Smart work is the result of hard work done in past. Hard work is effective and smart work is the efficient version of hard work.

The difference between hard work and smart work is based on how I approach my task. Hard work would mean spending long hours to complete my work without any shortcuts. Smart work would be aiming for the same results but with planning and prioritization of tasks.

Both things we used to solve problems.

Hard takes a lot of effort to solve problems and smart work takes only less time but it depends on work. But sometimes smart work is not useful everywhere.

Hard work and smart work have a very thin line between them. I believe that smart work means completing a task in a short period using intelligence and strategy.

On the other hand, hard work means that you can complete the task, but it takes a lot of time and effort to do so.

Smart work gives a good success within a short period of time.

But hard work does not give you a grant success within a short period of time and you should work a lot.

Hardwork gives 100% result without failure as comparing the smart work. So many persons and leaders are doing hardwork and they get the success. Hardwork will never fail than smart work. Hardwork will never fail.
