Smart work Consumes less time than hard work.

Smart work requires more logical thinking than to do hard work.

Smart work is good to achieve short term goals but hard work gives long goals achieved easily with dedicated hard work.

When talent don't work hard, hardwork works more than talent.

Hard work is one when we do certain things without effective planning and no results could have been obtained which was expected and the smart work is when we get the work done through people without any phisical stress just like effective management.

Hard work means without any planning we are doing any work throughout day and night.

But smart work means first think that the work which you want to do what are the possible ways to do it so that with minimum input you can get maximum output and then do work.

Hard work - It means that you work in a gruelling manner; for instance, spending 10+ hours studying for an exam.

Smart work - Smart work can go hand in hand with hard work. But 'smart work' means that you use an efficient method to finish a particular task. For instance, referring the above example, you use a specific method to study for an exam that saves your time, as well as prepares you for it perfectly.
