Working hard means working more with less skills and knowledge that tend to take more time and more energy.

Working smart means working less with available skills and knowledge by organising it in best available manner to achieve it done on time.

HARD WORK- when we are learning it is hard word.
SMART WORK - when we become experts its called smart work.

It is good to do hard work in early stage of life and then do smart work.

Smart work gives a way to think something new and different from others. On the other hand, hard work requires more effort with less plannings which can be common for many people.
