In my opinion, hard work is when an employee invests all his time and energy to complete one particular work, and smart work is when an employee completes his work without much effort and energy by using their skills and techniques.

According to me Hard work is putting lots of effort and time in the work and also hard work wants to be in patience to complete the work.

Smart work is completing the same work with less effort and time and it is done by logical and practical thinking abilities.

Hard work need more energy and patience. From hard work you get depth knowledge and experience from that.

As well as smart work we do when you got knew everything from particular work. When you got knew everything if you got experience so smart work knowledge comes from through experience from. Experience comes from hard work.

Those who have techniques, knowledge and ideas and sometimes experience, they can easily achieve their goals. That's a called SMART WORK. (less time).
