Hard work is where we don't have any knowledge about that work and we are trying. Where as smart work is where you have both knowledge and ability to do that work in a smart way.

Hard work is not aimless. Hard work doesn't leave the aim until you fulfil your desire, whereas smart work includes some strategies that may get success are may not get success.

Hard work is the work which involves our strength and time.

But smart work is the work which involves our mind. As a person, we have to take over both hard work and smart work.

Hard work without smart work is incomplete the task in time.

Smart work always helps to remove the stress in doing hard work.

So, both are equally needed to complete the task.
