Hard work and smart work both gives the same result, the only difference is that smart work saves energy, resources and times, which we can utilize to do other works in same times.

Smart work gives a way to think something new and different from others. On the other hand, hard work requires more effort with less plannings which can be common for many people.

Doing the same thing again and again with no change in the technique is hard work.
Smart work is to use some better technique for doing the same task in minimal time and efforts.

Hard-work as compared to smart work is being an donkey that just carries weight.
While smart-work is that same donkey sitting in front of an computer hiring an logistic services!
