Actually both hardwork and smartwork gives a best result. But according to me,
Hard work is maximum efforts with minimum ideas.
Smart work is the maximum idea with minimum efforts.

HARD WORK- when we are learning it is hard word.
SMART WORK - when we become experts its called smart work.
It is good to do hard work in early stage of life and then do smart work.

Basically, Hard work means doing something without having any priorities or goals in work.
In Smart work, we separate the task as a priority level and start doing it with shortcuts.

Hard work: For example, If I want to find out the length of the string, I'll use the logic of the program.

Sir/Mam.
To me, there's really no difference between hard work and smart work because both of them lead to success.
Hard work gives experience and smart work comes from experience.

Hard work takes more time and effort only one way.
Smart work gets success, Fastly and the person thoughts of different ways to achieve and should have a good experience about that.

In my opinion, hard-work is the work which you are going to complete without any preparation and smart work is that work, before doing this you make a road map and think about this.

Smart work is not possible without hadwork.
So hard work is way for smart work.
If you are a smart woker, you would like to do or learn new things. You have to do first hardwork.
