In my opinion, smart work means analyzing the work with maximum efficiency and completing it.

And hard work means doing the same work with minimum efficiency and completing it.

Sir/Mam.

In my opinion, hard work is the key of success and smart work is the bonus of success.

If we are doing hardwork and smart work together.

We get success with a bonus.

Both Are equally needed to complete the tasks.

I think we can approach the task as planning and prioritization by smart work and stuck to that planned work by doing hard work.

Hard working, doing without hesitation. Not in hurry but almost perfect at work.

Smart working, thinking the easiest way to finish the work in the way of minimizing the time.
