Hard work gives experience and smart work comes from experience.
If you are making a habit of practice the things you will become a master in that particular field.
Hard work leads towards smart work.

In my opinion, hard work in the sense we put more effort, dedicate and stick to it.
And smart work in the sense of doing anything with less effort, it takes less time and gives you results much faster.

I think to become a successful person we need to do both hard work as well as smart work.
Hard work requires lots of patience, effort, and time but smart work also requires the experience of hard work.

I believe smart work always comes after hard work.
First, you need to understand the process thoroughly doing the hard work and then analyzing where you can reduce your time and efforts is smart work.
