Hard work = doesn't knowing the exact solution and practicing it again and again by putting more efforts.

Smart work= first of all getting the exact solution of the problem and then solving it by putting less efforts.

According to me, hardwork and smart work are very important but depending on work you do the smart work or Hard work. Hardwork give success by spending more time, and smart work give to reach the target with less time.

Hard work is put all our efforts into that. It gives us more confidence to do all the work.

Smart work is to work and but less gain of knowledge.

Hardwork generates more knowledge.
Smatwork generates less knowledge.

Hard work is a trick to do things without calculating anything you just put all the effort to prove yourself.

Smart work is something in which a person can control his defeat then nobody can stop him to be conquered.

After complete your task when you don't feel anything achieved its hard work but when you get appreciation after complete your task its smart work. Hard work is indeed a need but without smart work its worthlessness.

Hard work is putting in consistent effort while smart work is about finding efficient ways to do the same result.

I think we should do hard work as well as try to get smarter solutions for effectively managing time.

In my opinion, Hard work and Smart work both are important in our lives, and both are keys to success.

But without hard work, smart work is not possible. We know that experience comes from hard work and Smart work.

Hard work naively means about working for hours without time management. On the other hand, smart work is all about managing the time, utilising and understanding the value of time and work in a better managing way.
