Hard-working is when we complete the task by the given workflow or guidelines. Whereby the smart work is completing the task in a new way which could be less lengthen the process and save cost.

According to me, both are related to each other without being hard worker we can't be smart worker. Hardwork increases our accuracy whereas smart increases accuracy and efficiency.
