Both hardworking and smart working is the key to success.

Hard work gives experience.

Smart work from experience.

When a new person enter a job he/she does't have any experience so he hard work to done his job. Smart work is a person work creative through simple methods to do a particular work.

The main difference is that in hard work we start putting in efforts without really thinking a course for our action while smart work is thinking about the course of our action and then working hard. So both involve hard work but smart work involves a much more direct approach where you concentrate your hard work directly to achieve your goal.

Hard work includes greatest struggle. Sometimes it gives success but sometimes may not. While coming to smart work, it includes smart moves. It definitely gives success.

So, hard work remains experience to us. Smart work gives success to us.

According to me, hard work means stressing, working effectively hard to complete a particular task on/ in time.

While on the other hand smart work means extracting the task in an indirect way rather than working hard.

Example- consider two students A and B.

A study day and night. But B studies only important questions. Both A and B passes the examination. A denotes hard work.

B denotes smart work.
