To become successful we need to do both hard work as well as smart work.
Hard work takes a lot of time, effort, patience and energy but we can definitely reach our goal.
On the other hand, Smart work can be done from the experience of hard work.

Hard work and smart work are slightly related because Without putting hard work, efforts we are unable to get a smart way to work better. Soo I think hard work is more important to get experience then it provides a way to work in a smart way.

Hard work: Putting all effort by yourself to get tasks done.

Smart work: Working with an objective in mind and sharing out tasks by involving others, sharing tasks while you supervise the progress. Simply making others support your vision.

That’s a well-rounded perspective! Hard work does build a strong foundation of experience and satisfaction, while soft work enhances efficiency and mental agility. Combining both approaches can be a powerful strategy for achieving success.
