Key difference: Hard Work is when one does some work dedicatedly. Smart work is when someone does the same amount of work, but faster and more efficiently.

Most self-help gurus will advocate this fact, that in order to succeed, one must work hard at it.

The difference between hard work and smart work is how we approach a task.

If we approach a particular task without any prior research and planning is hard work.

Approaching with proper planning and research is smart work.

Thank you mam/sir for asking.

Smart Work and Hard Work are two faces of the same coin which is called success.

The fine difference between them is - hard work can give you short term success but smart work will give you success for your whole life. Smart work will precede hard work.

Hard work: It means you work it with confidence, that even for a worst situation you can do things possible.

And we can do smart work after you master the hard work, you can do it easily, because experience is the best learning that hard work taught us.

Hardwork is the work which is doing with physically but not any mentaly force.

Smart work is work which is doing with less work but more brainly. Smart work is the time saving work then the hard work. And smartwork's accuracy is so good to the hardwork.

Hard work is one when we do certain things without effective planning and no results could have been obtained which was expected and the smart work is when we get the work done through people without any phisical stress just like effective management.

There is a lot of ways to complete a work but a hard worker doesn't choose the easy track he blindly put his all efforts that consumes a lot of energy and time. A smart worker applies his mind and chooses that track that consumes less energy and time.

Smart work helps you achieve the desired or better output with very less time and effort by using advanced techniques or by using some different ideas.

Hard work helps you complete a task utilizing the time properly and getting the desired output.

When any task is assigned.

Hard work is we don't know what exactly we are doing, during the process we explore and it gives us experience and the other hand, smart work is exact way of taking the task to a higher level which comes from experience.
