Hard work is that you can do any work with more efforts and effectively.

Smart work is that you do any work with lesser efforts.

But I support hard work because if you can do more efforts in any work then you gain more and more knowledge and I think smart work comes from hard work.

Thank you.

I Believe that there is not much diff b/w hard work and smart work.

Every hard work should be done smartly for fast completion of work which leads to time-saving and less human pressure.

If there is a plenty of work it requires hard work to be done with out laziness back ene with smart work.

Smart work Consumes less time than hard work.

Smart work requires more logical thinking than to do hard work.

Smart work is good to achieve short term goals but hard work gives long goals achieved easily with dedicated hard work.

When talent don't work hard, hardwork works more than talent.

Suppose you have 10 formulae and 100 question. Based on those formulae.

Hard work is to practice the 100 question. Again and again for the exam without concentrating on the formulae.

Smart work is to understand the formulae in depth hence one can solve 100+ problem based on these- formulae.

I feel that hard workers every time do work hard with the help of physical like labour is also doing but they not use their mind.

When we talking about smart workers so they use innovative ideas and previous methods they always handle their problems with the help of mind first then physical.

For me, Hard work is to give your more than 100% to work and gain lot of experience from it.

And smart work is about implementing your skills that you have gained from your hard work in a right manner to achieve goals in a short time. For me, both are important and dependable on each other.

If a person not having intelligence or skill about particular jobs or works, he must do hard work about that jobs or works. By using this process a man can do everything in the world. If a person having skill or intelligence about any jobs or works, he must utilize their skill in that jobs.

Both walk hand in hand.

But hard work with a lack of logic and sense would only make the work harder.

Whereas smart work with the expectation of idle time would only exploit the self.

In today's age, time is money and being smart depends a lot on the time we spent getting our work done.

According to me :.

Hard work = more efforts but less work.
Smart work = in the less effort we can do more work.

For example : if are going to 5th floor and we using stairs this is hard work.

And if we use lift for going to 5th floor then this is smart work and we are saving our energy.

Smart work works both smartly and hardly it means doing work smartly using ideas, mind and with strength leads to do things perfectly as well as it is less time consuming.

Whereas hard work lots of strength is required, stress is also applied, lots of energy is wasted and time consuming.
