HARD WORK:
- Spending a lot of time.
- Doing a lot of things.
- Old Ideas.

SMART WORK:
- Spending less time.
- Doing the right things.
- Creative ideas.
- For Eg; Suppose a hardworking student spends 10 hours to complete 10 chapters, whereas a smart work student spends 1 hour to complete 10 chapters.

Hard work gives you experience and is nothing but increase your stress.

Smart work comes with experience and is simple way to achieve your motto.

I will say one real time example if you are going to the top floor through steps is hard work and you are going to top floor through lift is smart work.

HARD WORK: Involves putting in a significant amount of time and effort without necessarily focusing on strategy. The emphasis is on dedication, persistence, and laborious effort.

SMART WORK: Involves a strategic approach to tasks, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and optimal use of resources.

I think that smart work is that you already know what to do, that you already experienced with hard work, but in according to my life experience you need smart work to make your hard work valuable it doesn't like that they didn't appreciate your hard work but with more skills you can do that better.

Right now I felt there is no any one parameter of success but on the other side.

Both are the keys to success to achieve of own goal as per my view both are equally important to each other and play vital roles in them & hard work gives us experience and smart work comes from experience as well.

Hard work is not only the physical strength, It is also mental efforts you put in it.

While smart work requires a lot of hard work and patience to gather the experiences.

From past and to utilise them in present as well as future,

So in my option, both are necessary to attain a particular goal.

According to me, in smart work, you can do an assigned work before the deadline and in smart work, you can complete the work within the time and everything is there is planned and in hard work you are just starting your work without planning anything. That's all from my side thank you for reading.

Both hardworking and smart working is the key to success.

Hard work gives experience.

Smart work from experience.

When a new person enter a job he/she does't have any experience so he hard work to done his job. Smart work is a person work creative through simple methods to do a particular work.

Both words are completely relatable to each other. Difference being in the fact that I hardwork despite of all the energy, time, mindset what we incorporate for the particular aim is their, but in smart work these things come up with prioritisation and ofcourse, how to save time, money and labour.

As per my concern, both the words hard work and smart work are the bullets to shoot our success.

Hard work will give experience, whereas smart work will come from experience. So if you want to get smart work you must and should go through hard work. This is how I wanna justify your question, sir.
