What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

Confidence is a thing when you think you can do that, overconfidence is the thing when you do all wrong.

Ex: I am feeling confident because I've studied hard for tomorrow's exam!

Overconfidence: surely I can do it.

Ex. I am smart enough to crack tomorrow's exam even if I don't study.

If I have believe that I can do, that one is confidence.

When I will say that its very easy, I can do this without believe. That's one is overconfidence.
