Confidence means l can do but over confidence means only l can do the work.

One should have confidence not over confidence.

Confidence - I will get an opportunity to work is confidence.

Overconfidence - Opportunity will knock the door (or) think that no one is prefect than me.

Confidence is like I will complete my work with all my efforts and over confident is like no one keep effort like me on given task I can only finish it no other. Here we can take turtle and rabbit story as an example.

Confidence is to believe in yourself with right logical and methodological approach, facts and ability to prove your point.

Over confidence I think is to stick to one thing without listening to others and not being able to believe on your colleagues.

There is difference of only one word and that word is 'only'.

Like I can do this work is confidence.

Only I am the person who can do this work is over confidence.

I can do this work easily it's my confident But no other can't do this work easily by me it's my over confident.

For example:- I'm the best Rapper and I'm do this very fast. But on other can not rapping fast by me.

I think this is the correct time to recall the tortoise and rabbit story.

In that story, the rabbit has over confidence for that reason it loses the race.

But tortoise has confidence for that reason it won the race.
