Confidence is the attitude of a person towards a job to which he or she is assigned irrespective of the results.

Over confidence is that one always expecting good results.

Well, sir according to me if the person who should have some goals and the content within the goal should be predetermined for him that is the indication of confidence.

On the other hand, any of the person who should have some goals but he doesn't know that how to execute that goal and how to perform on that goal but still he is doing that work that is the indication of overconfidence.
