Well, sir according to me if the person who should have some goals and the content within the goal should be predetermined for him that is the indication of confidence.

On the other hand, any of the person who should have some goals but he doesn't know that how to execute that goal and how to perform on that goal but still he is doing that work that is the indication of overconfidence.

And overconfidence is that the given job can do by myself only.
