What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

Confidence means I can do it.

Over confidence means only I can do it.

I personally feel that slight difference in confidence and overconfidence that first believes oneself as capable and latter is to believe oneself as best and other less.

That's all.

I am an engineer. This is confidence.

I am a good engineer this is overconfidence.

Doing any task and anything in a good manner and passionately using all available surrounding resources is confidence. Doing things in an imaginary way without any knowledge any planning is called overconfidence.

Confidence: I can and I'll put my efforts to do that.

Over confidence : only I can do that.

I can do it is confidence And Only I can do that is over-confidence

I need this job is confidence.

I only need this job is overconfidence.

The thought that ' I can do any work' is confidence. Only I can do all the works " is overconfidence.

Confidence means capabilities to do something good or you can see something good in every condition. And believed on ourself.

But overconfidence means you think that only I can do that work nobody can do it better than me. Or we can say a person who doesn't have proper knowledge still he/ she think that they are best and no one can replace them. It is only a sign of overconfidence so we should avoid this type of thinking and thought process instead of it we can say that yes we have knowledge but we also have to improve it day by day to enhance our skills and ability or should appreciate others also to achieve well in their life never underestimate yourself as well as others.
