'Confidence' shows the attitude of a person who thoroughly believes, "No pain, no gain. " On the contrary, 'Over confidence' is an attitude of a person that he won't drown in the sea of reality undoubtedly even when he does not know how to swim.

Confidence, is what I'm giving an interview and I'm sure that she might give me chance for this position.

Overconfidence, is what that I'm perfect from all circumstances and I'm 100% sure that, this jobs is mine and she definitely would hire me for this position. Thank you.

According to me, confidence is that if a job or any work given to me and I can do it easily.

And overconfidence is that the given job can do by myself only.

Confidence = A player in a football match thinks that he can score the Goal with the support of his football team.

Over confidence = A player in a football match thinks that he can score the Goal without the support of his football team.

There's a thin line between confidence and overconfidence. If I say something and I proved it right then it is confidence but if I could not prove it and then verbally saying the opposite that's called overconfidence.

When you do something about which you're sure, it is confidence.

When you do something about which you're not sure and giving statements based on emotions, its overconfidence.

Confidence is the belief that one can have faith and Overconfidence is the quality of being too confident.

If we decide whether we can do particular work or not after analysing is confidence, if we decide we can without analysing it is Overconfidence.

Let me give an example:.

Suppose I have attended the particular interview and if I say I will get the job it is confidence because I know how I performed.

But if I say only I will get the job, no one can do better than me it is Overconfidence because I don't know how the rest of them performed, might be someone else has performed well.
