Confidence is the trust of ourself to teach reach the destiny with an idea of present situation.
Overconfidence is not knowing the idea of present situation but still, think to reach the destination.
Overconfidence is nothing but drowns completely in ocean with knowing the skills to swim.

Sir, confidence is the right thing in which a person thinks of doing a work with not having the sense of arrogance in himself.
Whereas over-confidence is a wrong thing in which a person thinks that he is the only person who is right for any kind of job given to him. He also has the sense of arrogance and in most cases, it leads to failure.

Confidence is the good trait to have where a person insure about his course of action or activity and it comes from past success and right decision. Overconfidence is an excessive belief in their own abilities ignoring the fact that their decision can that their decision can be wrong too.
