Confidence means take your past mistakes and overcome with confidently.
Over confidence means for example your working in a team of both testing and development you are in development module and also aware of testing modules but with out talking help from testing members, you go with extreme step that is over confidence.

Confidence is when you're sure about something, for example, being able to solve a coding problem.
