Confidence means: After seeing the problem and saying I can solve. Confidence is realistic.

The difference between confidence and over-confidence is
For example, I am an employee in the company my boss assigned me work and said submit work on time. Then I can do this work and submit given time is confidence.
Only I can do this work and submit given time is overconfidence.
