Their is a slight difference between confidence and over confidence. When I say, I can do this work that is confidence and when I say, only I can do this work that is over confidence.

Hi Sir/Madam,

Confidence: That comes from gaining knowledge.

Over Confidence : It comes with half knowledge, that only he knows the knowledge and he only can do the work perfectly.

I personally feel that slight difference in confidence and overconfidence that first believes oneself as capable and latter is to believe oneself as best and other less.

That's all.

Confidence means knowing ourselves what is what, coming to over confidence believing the things will happen which are not practically not possible.

But over confidence is dangerous.

In my opinion, if one person appointed a work for us if we say like we can do its nothing but confidence if we say only we are the people who can do this work called overconfidence.

Confidence: I know everything since I want to revise once so that I will easily crack the interview.

Over confidence: I know everything without revision I will crack the interview.

Confidence means facing a challenge with hands on ability to complete it successfully.

Overconfidence means, something in hand but that's not enough to reach into finishing point!
