There is very thin line between confidence and over confidence.

I can do this work is confidence.

Only I can do this work is over confidence.

There is just a minute difference between confidence and overconfidence.

If I tell I can mean that is my confidence. But if I tell I only can means that is my overconfidence.

Confidence is nothing but you compare yourself to others without comparing anyone.
Eg: I can say if all others can do it why not me?

Overconfidence gives negative thoughts in the mind.
Eg: no one can do it except me this is overconfidence.
