Confidence gives the person courage and motivation to work hard.
Where as over confidence will never let the person to work hard and it may also reduces the chances of getting success.
I will do it is confidence.
Only I can do it is over confidence.
Thank you.

Confidence is a realistic, pragmatic, and honest belief in one's ability to perform a task, rooted in facts and experience.
In contrast, overconfidence is a false, narcissistic, and egotistical belief in one's exaggerated abilities, often detached from reality.

Confidence is something that will help you to achieve something. Confidence is I can do this task.
But over confidence is I'm the one who will do this task.
Over confidence may lead to decrease your performance. Dreams will be only dreams. It won't come true.

Confidence: Confidence means believing in yourself and in your abilities-not in an arrogant way but in a realistic, secure way.
Overconfidence: Overconfidence is an excessive belief in their own abilities ignoring the fact that their decision can be wrong too.

Sir/Madam, There is a thin line between confidence and overconfidence. A confident person will always say.
That he can do it. But an overconfident person will say that He Can only do it. A confident person shows humbleness but overconfidence shows arrogance.
