Hello, sir.
Confidence means the ability to do any thing.
And over confidence means only you can do that work perfectly.
Thank you.

Confidence means what we boost ourself to do a task and by boosting ourself we will get more confidence.
Confidence will not get from others, it will get from when we keep (re-doing) doing to achieve anything we want.
Overconfidence will get from those who have more talent better than us.
Those who have confidence they do the task in their real life with reality. But those who have overconfidence they will assume in their mind that I will complete this better than others and only I can complete.
Simply, confidence leads to success.
Overconfidence leads to fail.

Confidence is the way to the destination, over confidence is the way to imagination.
That's why the destination is more important to the imagination.

If a person is confident about his work he doesn't argue with another for silly reason. But who is over confident he must create argue without logic.

Confidence is generally described as a state of being certain either that a hypothesis or prediction is correct or that a chosen course of action is the best or most effective. Self-confidence is having confidence in one's self.
The overconfidence effect is a well-established bias in which a person's subjective confidence in his or her judgments is reliably greater than the objective accuracy of those judgements, especially when confidence is relatively high. Overconfidence is one example of a miscalibration of subjective probabilities.

Hi Sir/Madam,
Confidence: That comes from gaining knowledge.
Over Confidence : It comes with half knowledge, that only he knows the knowledge and he only can do the work perfectly.
