Now, I am a fresher it should be difficult to bring a big change I need more for help of my seniors.

I would study the work environment, having past experience in accounts, I would look for cost-cutting ways. I would also carry out research in line with the company activities to bring ideas on board.

Encourage the use of computers to reduce time, will get to know my team members better by identifying with ant their needs and also to communicate my objectives effectively. Also to motivate them to produce timely reports and organize trainings them to improve their skills.

Firstly, It would be a great honour for me to get this opportunity to make changes in the exiting environment which might need changes by taking care of the following point:.

1. Firstly, I will check which area need a change and then I will try to find the reason and problem.

2. I will analyse the issue deeply and then collect the required data.

3. After collecting the required data I will suggest to my senior the possible changes which can be done for the betterment of the company.

4. Then finally with the approval from I would love to implement those changes.

If you take an example of Some Old methodology followed by the company, so in this case I will try to analyse why still this process is being followed in the company, do this process need a change and also find the alternative process which can be implement to solve the problem smoothly and will try to get all the do's and don't for the processes and will follow up and try to get this process to be implemented.

I believe in achieving more together as a team. If taken up I would create an enabling environment for teamwork. I would also create an environment that allows for open communication. This is the only feedback can be shared and improvements made basing on the feedback.

Well Sir, if I come on board I would first like to understand and get familiar with the present working and systems in place.

I would initiate to make changes only if its highly essential.

I strongly believe that its too early for me to make changes in the present systems, procedures and policies for a company of your standing and repute.

Good morning sir.

Firstly thank you, sir, for this giving beautiful opportunity.

I am Sriteja, I am from Hyderabad. I have done up to my 10th standard at Nalgonda.

I had completed my diploma at Suryapet and now I am pursuing my graduation at Gurunanak Institutions in Hyderabad.

I have a good louder voice and I easily interact with others.

My weekeness is I easily trust the persons.

And coming to my hobbies, I am aware of day to day updated world, and learing new things.

And coming to my goals.

My short term goal is placed at a reputed company.

And my long term goal is I would like to get a government job.
