Changes are inevitable and it should be constantly made to improve productivity of the company. No change, no development. The corporate goals, vision and policies should not be changed. Yet, certain amendments can be made in the organisational structure according to the current work environment and situation. Further more creativity, innovation are required to improve the performance of the company.

It is very difficult to state here to lead in changes in organisation. Changes are not ready-made formula to implement, prior to initiation. We need to map requirements of changes through suitable tools and techniques.
Accordingly changes initiative would be place only in top management leadership because any changes without top management can not be fulfilled and can not be result oriented.

Well, I wouldn't be a very good doctor if I gave my diagnosis before the.
Examination. Should you hire me, as I hope you will, I'd want to take a good hard look at.
Everything you're doing and understand why it's being done that way. I'd like to have in-depth meetings with you and the other key people to get a deeper grasp of what you feel.
You're doing right and what could be improved.

I believe change is the only constant thing in life and will try to change things as per the markets demand and to achieve company's target keeping in mind the basic concept of customer satisfaction. There are many competitors in the market and will change things for the company to be the best in the market or at least to give a tough competition to the competitors.

Sir, as I m fresher so I think it will take time to understand the culture and environment of the company. And as I get familiarized with the company culture than probably I will be formulating the policies and strategies and will share with my seniors and if they find strategies to be appropriate than we will be implementing them for betterment of the organization.

First of all, I don't make any change in starting phase, in the beginning, I will understand rules and regulation of the company and see the past record policy and I will not make any change if it is not necessary and I will identify where the company is lagging behind and take a decision after consulting higher authority and employee of our company.

I should not comment on this at this time because unless & until I meet my peers, I don't know what they are what they are doing. What changes to be done in the Team/Organization/Product can be decided upon the parameters we take.
As a person we can Do/Decide up to some extent only.
As a Group we can give beyond the expectation what I believe.

Well Sir, if I come on board I would first like to understand and get familiar with the present working and systems in place.
I would initiate to make changes only if its highly essential.
I strongly believe that its too early for me to make changes in the present systems, procedures and policies for a company of your standing and repute.
Thanks.

Sir may be there are so many experienced persons in board. May be they know something better than me. So I respect their ideas. There is much difference between changing and updating. Where changing results good outcome with bad. And where as updating results more productivity and innovative thoughts. So I will update the process If I came on board.

First of all there is no need of injecting a sudden change if the process is going smooth. But after understanding and evaluating the on going process of the team or department one can update or add some extra spice which he/she have got by his experience into the process so that the results may be even good when compared to the previous months.
