Tell me honestly about the strong points and weak points of your boss (company, management team, etc.)

It's very good question and anyway as a human being, they are having both negative and positive sides. I have a good rapport with my boss and I have learned and copied lot of thing from him to implements in various situations. Surely, he also having some negatives are there but it is very less in my point of view and I am not concentrate it.

We are human begin so we all have positive and negative point I learn many things technical and soft skills from him and I implemented. There are very less negative point and I am not concentrate on it.

My boss is very hardworking nature this is the only thing which I gets inspired from him and coming to weak points I can not say weak points. Because I feel I'm not the right person to reveal.

Strong point: My boss expect everyone should be perfect.

Weak point: But he never care to follow it.

According to me, My boss have too much patience and team management power, honesty how to talk to employee they know very well. Sorry I could not judges negative point in my boss.

Week point they can't understanding why my employees are not good performance in our job. What he need to inspired for employed.

There are many strong points and it is difficult to choose a few but I have learnt time management, discipline from my boss. 'A coin has both sides' in the same way everyone has weak points also but I believe I can't judge him/her until I hold the same position and same situation.

Strengths is the director so that the treatment and resolution of all problems and weaknesses is that the team does not update the steps to complete tasks.

It's universal fact that every coin has two faces if one has positive aspect then another has negative aspect being a positive person we have concerned more with strong point than weak point. If we have any weak point then we should try to work on these weak point and should be try to convert in to strong point.

My strong points are,

1) Smartly hard work.

2) Be punctual.

3) Be confident.

4) Time management.

5) Result oriented.

6) Discipline for boss and for organisation.

Weak points are,

1) I can't say no.

2) Workaholic.

3) Raise the voice against crime.

I think I have some-other weak point but now I forget those point because I know that these weak points are for some extent.

My boss speaks ours friendly and he has good punctuality and I did not told weak point he's behind.
